3 Day Grapefruit Detox | Surviving Vegan | Weight Loss Journey
The 3 day grapefruit detox from Surviving Vegan Academy has helped me in my weight loss journey. Drinking grapefruit for 3 day was not easy but I pulled through.
Details for the Free 3 day grapefruit detox:
Spring or distilled water, 20 pink or red grapefruit, 2 bags of spinach
Day 1
8am – drink 40 oz of water
10am – drink 40 oz of water
12am – drink 40 oz of water
2pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
4pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
6pm – eat 1 grapefruit
8pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
Day 2
8am – drink 40 oz of water
10am – drink 40 oz of water
12am – drink 40 oz of water
2pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
4pm – blend 1 grapefruit with 12 oz of water
6pm – eat 2 grapefruit
8pm – blend 1 grapefruit with 12 oz of water
Day 3
8am – drink 40 oz of water
10am – drink 40 oz of water
12am – drink 40 oz of water
2pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
4pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
6pm – eat 1 grapefruit
8pm – blend 2 grapefruit with 24 oz of water
If you notice that your energy is low or you feel like you beed a meal, blend 3 cups of spinach with 24 oz of spring or distilled water and drink.
Warning: do not eat and drink at the same time! You must separation consumption of liquids and solids by at least 30 minutes to avoid bloating.
