Full Day of Eating [2800 Calories] On a BULK

We’re back on the bulk! In today’s episode I take you through a full day of eating consuming 2800 calories

It’s nice to be back tracking and log booking again, already feeling the benefits of more food in the system. Current set up is that due to me waking up early I’m getting in a pre-workout meal, simple high protein snack before heading to the gym

As for macros, shooting for

220g protein
300g carbohydrates
80g fat
