*The method with timestamps:*
0:00 – start video
0:55 – Dry roast the oats for 5-6 minutes in low flame till colour changes.
1:18 – Allow it to cool down.
1:30 – In a grinder, put chopped bananas.
1:43 – Add Roasted Oats & Raisins
1:51 – Add Deseeded Dates(khajur).
2:06 – Add the chilled water.
2:08 – Elaichi & Cinnamon (optional).
2:12 – Blend it into a smooth paste.
2:29 – Thus, weight loss / vegan Oats Smoothie is ready.
1)Rolled oats- 3/4 cup
2) Fully riped bananas-2 no.
4) A handful of raisins/(kismiss)
5)Elaichi powder(cardamom powder)-1/2tsp(optional)
6) Powdered almond/badam for garnishing
7)Chilled water 1/2 glass or Ice cubes
8) 1-inch cinnamon stick (optional)
