Stir-Fried OYSTER MUSHROOMS: Alkaline Vegan Oyster Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms is now a staple in most Vegan Homes. My Alkaline Vegan Oyster Mushroom Stir Fry will blow your mind. Oyster Mushrooms are reasonably cheap considering the fact that they taste delicious and can serve as a really good meat replacement. I made mine similar to a Chinese take-out. It’s spicy, Umami, and sweet. The outer edges of my Oyster Mushrooms are crispy and the inside is moist and juicy.

Using a cast iron to make this Stir Fried Oyster Mushroom will make a world of difference in the color, taste, and texture. I once used a stainless steel pan and it came out a bit soggier than expected. That’s because cast iron pans are known to retain heat better than stainless steel pans. But if you don’t have one, just crank up the heat (to high), and your Oyster Mushrooms will come out looking good.
