Roasted Fennel Recipe:
1 bulb fennel, roughly chopped (not the fronds or leaves)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown around the edges and tender in the center. Enjoy!
